Empowering Communities. Creating Opportunities. Transforming Lives.
A Government Registered Section 8 Non-Profit connecting mental health care, disability services, rehabilitation, and honest access to education and employment.
Connecting Aspirations to Opportunities
Excellent Opportunities Association was established to empower youth, women, and marginalised communities. We deliver clinical mental health care, child development and disability services, de-addiction and rehabilitation, and access to education and employment.
The families we see rarely have just one need — which is why our programmes sit alongside each other rather than in silos, and why the Opportunities Hub is free and open to anyone, not only to the people who walk through our doors.
Our Core Pillars of Service
Programmes built to work together, because the households we serve rarely have a single need.
Mental Health
Counselling, therapy and structured support for stress and depression — confidential, and means-tested so cost is never the reason someone goes untreated.
Child Development
Assessment and multidisciplinary therapy for autism, ADHD and learning disability, with parent training so the work continues at home.
Rehabilitation
De-addiction, structured recovery and long-term relapse prevention — treating the family, not only the individual.
Women Empowerment
Skills training, livelihood linkage and financial literacy, delivered so that training leads to income rather than to a certificate.
Legal Aid
Free consultation on disability rights and entitlements, maintenance and domestic matters, with referral to empanelled advocates.
Education & Career
Scholarships, remedial teaching, aptitude assessment and one-to-one career counselling for students at risk of dropping out.
Opportunities, verified and free
Government and private jobs, scholarships, fellowships and internships — every listing checked against its official source before we publish it.
Clinical Psychologist — District Hospital
Full-time clinical psychologist post at the district hospital, on contract renewable annually.
National Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
Pre-matric and post-matric scholarship covering fees and maintenance allowance.
Community Mental Health Fellowship
A twelve-month fellowship placing early-career practitioners in community mental health delivery.
Psychology Internship — Child Development Centre
Supervised clinical internship across assessment, therapy and parent training.
